Bryan wears several different hats as a Client Manager at Protis on Team Davis, including client communication, recruitment process management, salary negotiations, and business development. Bryan’s mission at Protis is to lead his team of Recruitment and Research/Sourcing Managers to be the most focused search execution team in the business. This task is accomplished by outlining and leading executive search strategies that are timely, efficient and productive for all parties involved. This process allows both the clients and candidates to make well-informed decisions. Clients strengthen their organizations through superior human capital acquisition. Candidates enhance their careers through placement with top-tier organizations.
Bryan began his Global Search Leader career in 2000 in the Medical Technology field, identifying and acquiring unique talent throughout the world for his FDA-regulated client companies worldwide. He began his career in Clinical, Regulatory and Quality Assurance, but eventually ran searches across the spectrum of all technical disciplines. Currently, he is enjoying the challenge of ensuring top Sales and Marketing talent is delivered to his CPG clients with Protis Global!

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Economics from The University of Florida. Bryan and his wife Jessica are long time Coconut Grove residents; they love the close-knit village feel of the community as well as the bounty of great parks and water access for outdoors activities with their sons Preston and Carson.
