As a Miami native, Frank grew up to embrace his Cuban-American roots and is proud to speak English and Spanish fluently. Through witnessing the struggles of his family's immigration, he attributes his academic and professional success to the strong work ethic taught to him by his grandfather.

Frank has also recently completed a Master’s of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida's College of Education and Human Performance.
