Company is seeking a Sales Manager with strong beverage industry experience to represent our current blended scotch company. The primary objective of the Sales Manager will be to establish a high-profile image and credibility for Company through effective communication of brand credentials/story as well as creating and maintaining strong relationships for the brand.

Job Duties:

The position requires personable and well connected candidates who can comfortably call on current relationships as well as form new ones to drive sales to On/Off-Premise accounts in an effort to increase distribution and drive volume. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in training, relationship building and possess a strong overall spirits knowledge. You must be outgoing, fun, and most importantly, passionate and driven. We want an applicant who plans to build a career with us as we grow into a national brand. Our teammates are expected to plan and schedule their calendars to ensure achievement of volume, new distribution, booking promotions/demos and merchandising objectives in key/on and off-premise accounts throughout Northern California while upholding our company's KPIs and meeting our minimum sales requirements. This position has a competitive base salary, alongside a bonus compensation package.

Background Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements: • 3+ years of sales experience in the alcohol beverage industry - 3 tier distribution experience. • Ability to communicate clearly and simply to all parties in the network. • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Enjoys working in a small team in a Global network and the challenges and opportunities that provides. • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and objection handling skills. • Fluent skills in Microsoft Word, Google, Gmail, Outlook, and most importantly, Excel & Powerpoint. • Has well developed reporting routines and planning to measure progress against targets and develop corrective actions. • Have a great work ethic. • Must possess valid Drivers License, reliable vehicle and clean DMV record. • Proven abilities to develop selling strategies targeted to enhance spirits sales. • Proven experience in building start up brands doesn’t need to be whisky. • SELF STARTER - Someone who can get up early, be out late, and do whatever it takes to get the sale! We want relationship builders! • Someone willing to grow with a company that is new to the territory. • The ability to lift without restrictions.
