Summary:

Beverage company seeks a team player with experience in leading brand-building promotional initiatives that effectively manage and lead their sales execution and maximize field-marketing opportunities within the company's distributor network.

Job Duties:

Outputs and Accountabilities: Leads and develops the East / Mid Central sales organization Delivers annual sales targets Build working relationships with distributors to ensure delivery of annual sales goals, manage performance expectations through a scorecard process and regular business reviews Prepare, develop and deliver a well-grounded commercial plan for each respective market and effectively communicates promotion initiatives to key audiences (detailed quantitative and qualitative plans) Strong understanding of pricing and able to manage pricing strategies and budgets Communicate the brands strategy and objectives (to the team and trade) Highly engaged with relationship development of distributors and key retailers / restauranteurs. Frequent travel required across East and Mid-western states, in addition, occasional international travel to wineries. Culture of teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit, encourage risk and non-traditional ideas

Background Requirements:

Qualifications: Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in wine (beverage) industry; Public and media relations experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Possess excellent time management and organizational skills; Computer proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word); Languages (prefer multilingual); Must be outgoing and enthusiastic
