NE Regional Manager

Summary:

The Northeast Market Manager will have the following states to manage:  MA, NY, PA, RI, & NJ. There is a strong focus on winning in Boston’s On Premise market! The NE Market Manager will have to call on distributor network and key account management.  Focus: On Premise and Independent Off Premise. The NE Market Manager will need to understand how to manage distributor priorities, set goals, pricing, and programming. 

A flexible mind-set, with need to build brand through sampling, events, direct involvement in execution is needed. A Brand Ambassador from a growing Spirits Supplier is a plus. The NE Market Manager should be smart, fun, casual, hard-working, bright, passionate, as well as experienced and enthusiastic about building a brand! The role reports to VP of Sales, until a NE Regional is hired in 2017, unless this person is identified as a candidate for promotion to the NE Regional role.
