Director of Finance


Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across strategic and operational planning, analysis and reporting. Individual will have detailed visibility to full Commercial P&L and will participate in projects and initiatives. Opportunity to shape analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across the brands. Significant interaction with Senior Leadership.

Job Duties:

Manage monthly close process, analyze and report results Analyze financials results and prepare and present business updates Direct financial rituals and routines (MPR, monthly forecasts, AOP and Strategic Plan) Develop, propose and prepare concise management presentations for Management and Board of Directors’ Reviews Support the execution of monthly Business Management process Facilitate contingency planning/gap closures across categories, help identify opportunities/risks Manage SOX, guarantees, audit requests and management representation letter Responsibility for Policy & Controls compliance and integrity of results Manage system maintenance (hierarchy, security, etc.) Support Leadership Team and their functional groups

Background Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, M.B.A. preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of Finance/Accounting experience. Strong Technical and Systems orientation Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience within food and beverage or CPG preferred
