You are welcome to bring them along... *As the group is continuing to expand, succession planning is a priority, opportunity to grow within the brand/group is inevitable *The group recognizes the only way it will continue its growth is by taking care of its number one asset, its people. Job Duties:

*Oversee overall BOH operations *Participate in culinary R&D to create/modify the restaurant’s menu to spotlight local & seasonal ingredients when possible. *Staff development *Uphold company standards *Forecasting *Food & Labor costing *Inventory *Payroll *Scheduling

Background Requirements:

*3+ years in comparable positions with a proven track record of success and career growth
