This award winning concept can be described as a high volume (250 seats, 3 levels), fine dining venue that has a 3 prong focus, good food, great people, and an atmosphere that conceives hospitality. This location was recently purchased, renovated, and re-branded. This project has resulted in an amazing build out and something that you can be proud to put your name on.

Job Duties:

-Oversee Overall BOH Operations -P&L Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, & Forecasting -Community Outreach & Partnerships -Strategy -Scheduling, Hiring, Firing, Disciplining -Ordering, Inventory, Invoicing -Negotiating w/ vendors & purveyors -Staff training, development, and mentorship

Background Requirements:

-5+ years experience in similar position with proven track record of success -High Volume experience ($4 million +)
