Concept can be described as a high end steak & seafood establishment. As attracting, retaining, and developing team members are a priority for the group, compensation is above market average. Restaurant Manager- 45K+ AGM- 60K+ GM-90K+

Job Duties:

-Overall Operations -Hiring & Training Opening Team -Scheduling -Menu Development -Budgeting/Forecasting -P&L Analysis & Costing -Staff Development

Background Requirements:

-Background in high end/upscale/fine dining a plus -Track record of success in previous positions held -1+ years’ experience in management or supervisory role to be considered for Floor Manager & Assistant General Manager roles. -4+ years full service AGM/GM experience to be considered for General Manager. -Experience in volume: $3 million+
