Director of Operations- Restaurant (National)

Summary:

Established Restaurant Group seeking DOO to assist in continued growth pattern of brand. Proven track record of success in previous/current multi unit position a must.

Job Duties:

-Overall Operations -Employee Management & Development -P&L Analysis -Assist in overall budgeting, forecasting, menu development, costing, purchasing -Working with and reporting directly to the COO on a daily basis -Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations. -Ensure that operational processes stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines. -Implement, manage and evaluate operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization.

Background Requirements:

-5+ Years in Multi Unit or Similar Position -10+ Years within Hospitality Management -Proven track record of success in previous positions held -Strong references will be required for consideration
