As a General Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and achieving the goals set by the company while exerting all effort to maximize guest satisfaction. You will have the overall responsibility of running the operation of the restaurant which includes driving sales through a top of the line marketing approach and excellent operation. General Managers also need to control profit and loss through comprehensive business analysis for the betterment of the entire company. Also included in the job description is the training and development of the team to ensure that all company standards are being implemented and upheld.
