Summary:

Chef de Cuisine experience within gaming, hotels or restaurants is a must. This Room Chef will be over seeing all Food operations within a million dollar operation and leading a team of 20+. Attitude and Culinary Skills are the top two areas that will bring a candidate's profile success within this operation.

Job Duties:

Responsible for all of the operations of the kitchen. Creates and updates menus to maximize profits and minimize loss. Tests and develops recipes. Monitors customer satisfaction. Maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and food. Ensures that food and facilities meet all governmental regulations.

Background Requirements:

Require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
