Beverage Manager


Reporting into the property's Director of Food and Beverage, the Beverage Manager will be responsible for all alcoholic beverage program for 5+ bars/restaurants, 40+ staff members and responsible for over 1 million in beverage revenue. Nightclub or Casino background is desired. Spirit Knowledge is a huge plus and the ability to lead a team through positive attitude is a must. Having previous union experience is desired, however not mandatory to win this role.

Background Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Work requires at least 4 years food and beverage experience with 2 years supervisory experience. Ability to effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner. Carry a neat and professional appearance. Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows, ordering and timekeeping programs.
