Dang Sled - And...Stay solid
I WILL learn to LOVE this sled as well as another sled -- one is to push and the other to pull. The one you push = the harder you push it, the harder it fights!!
This is an exercise that will absolutely get your heart rate up; provide resistance and work the core. Great for full body and a great cardio burn.
It also is a movement that you can start fairly early in the lifecycle of training depending where you are in fitness as you can adjust the weight amount and determine the level you wish to exert...remember, always get a Dr approval prior to starting a program.
